About The Next Call

The Next Call is a library of short, interactive leadership cases for medical directors, physician executives, practice leaders, and healthcare leadership teams.

Each original, fictional case presents a realistic dilemma, three plausible decisions, likely consequences, and a practical takeaway. Leaders can invite colleagues to complete the same case and then discuss aggregated choices without exposing anyone’s individual answer.

The product is being developed from the leadership experience of Dr. Peter Valenzuela, a family physician, healthcare executive, author, and speaker. Case content and marketing copy are reviewed before publication, and the first case will be tested with real leaders before a larger paid library is built.

The Next Call is leadership education—not clinical guidance or a validated psychological assessment. It does not use confidential employer material, patient information, identifiable employee situations, or institutional endorsements.
